What Clients Are Saying Wentys Tropical Food London (GG)
1 /5 Beatrice Smith: I’m so disappointed with my meal today, the rice & peas was so sweet, the brown stew fish was no better you could literally taste the sweetness right through the fish. My question is why are the West Indians restaurants/takeaways using so much sugar in their cooking? Please, please let us taste the flavour of your cooking not the sugar
5 /5 Glenda Charlery: The food here is delicious, I dont buy from any other carribean take away in east London. The chef is on point his curry goat!! Wow amazing. Stew peas soup!! Dam my mouth is watering now lol. Just a shame its not a big restaurant that you can sit down and enjoy your meal in or bring the family and friends to. But food wise its on point everything has flavour and is cooked well.
5 /5 city news: Many Jamaican fruits available at shop base on season sour sop, June plum, cucumber, avocado.
I prefer to buy a fruits from this shop, they offer good value for money.
5 /5 sven Balfourth: The food is just as good as when I first ate this stuff over 15 years ago. I have only eaten quality soul food from this wonderful place.
Jasmin Begum The chef at the place is top notch. You can just tell he has all the experience. The owner however, is so rude. Literally only eating here for the chefs.
Amitava Guha A no frill restaurant with basic facilities for the guests with excellent quality foods. They make delicious Bangladeshi cuisine. They know how to create a near perfect food when it comes to the right mixture of spices, portion and right ingredients. I love eating here! The owner is a very kind and jovial person and would welcome his guests with a nice warm and hearty smile. Come here and enjoy the difference!
Karen Kelley Very nice experience. Staff were very accommodating and extremely pleasant. My only disappointment was the desserts, my lemon souffle had very little lemon flavour. I did let them know, so hopefully they will be able to address the issue.
