5 /5 Tivi Naves: Local gem. Was meaning to give this restaurant a try for a while. It is now my go-to place for a takeaway or dine-in. The restaurant is located by belsize village, just a little bit to the side. There are enough sitting tables outside, as well as inside. The window fully opens, making it an open plan sitting space with fresh breeze. As you enter, staff welcome you with a smile. I also noticed a lot of people come in regularly, based on how they were welcomed. That is telling of a restaurant being welcoming and offering good quality dishes. We went for a shareable duck and watermelon salad, which came out fresh, with fresh and crispy herbs, fresh fruit and tender pieces of duck. The portion was very generous. For seconds we had sweet and sour prawns and pork belly with rice, both were superb. Very high quality food, very well prepared. The portions were generous, we even asked for the leftovers to be packed as it was enough food left for later. Overall, the menu offers a wide range of options to choose from. A mocktail was as well very generous and tasty. Drinks menu has a lot to offer. Very happy to find this gem. Will definitely be supporting this small local business in hopes they remain open and continue with this standard.

5 /5 Georgia Hurrell: Food is always impeccable, our favourite local takeaway and restaurant. Staff are so so lovely, and the takeaway always comes with complementary banana bread. The mock duck is a staple for us. Love it

5 /5 Nu: Amazing food and great service to match. Their spider roll was so crunchy and delicious, the miso cod was cooked to perfection (served with a small serving of rice and broccolini). I highly recommend Xin Xin as it’s one of the best restaurants in the neighbourhood.

5 /5 Vila Li: The food is absolutely amazing! The dim sums are so authentic and fresh. The miso black cod is the best I have tried! Also the matcha fountain cake with pistachio ice cream is soooooo good. Definitely will come back! Just a reminder that most Chinese and Japanese menus are only for dinner!
