Tim Walker This is my second review for The Seven Stars. It gets better every time we go. The food is amazing and the hard working staff make dining there a very pleasant experience We went for Sunday lunch as a party of four ordering starters and mains. The portion sizes are generous and I hope that never changes but be warned if your appetite is not as large as mine. The hot whiskey oak smoked salmon kedegree arancini starter is the best thing I have put in my mouth for the last few months The rest of the party had roasts which they loved while I double fished with the fisherman’s pie. Mohammed Thousif Hussain Kader Hussain Delicious Experience at Salim Caterers – Ilford I recently had the pleasure of visiting Salim Caterers in Ilford, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience. Every dish had its own unique flavor and truly represented the essence of traditional Pakistani cuisine. Fish Pakora: Absolutely fantastic! The batter was light and crispy, and the fish inside was perfectly cooked. It had that fresh, mouthwatering flavor that instantly made it a favorite. Lamb Kebab: Nicely done – a bit on the spicier side, but still very flavorful. The spices were bold, adding a nice kick without overpowering the meat. Naan: Served hot, soft, and fluffy – just the way it should be. It paired beautifully with the curry dishes. Chicken Curry: A classic Pakistani homemade style dish. The chicken was tender, and the gravy had just the right consistency, especially when soaked up with rice. Veg and Chicken Cutlets: These were a standout! Perfectly made, crispy on the outside, and packed with spicy, flavorful fillings inside. A real treat! Overall, I loved the visit and thoroughly enjoyed every item. The food feels homely yet rich in authentic taste. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again – highly recommended for anyone craving traditional Pakistani flavors in Ilford!

Saw Wen I had an amazing experience at Palungo Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The momos were perfectly steamed with a soft, delicate wrapper and a flavorful, juicy filling. Paired with the rich, spicy dipping sauce, every bite was satisfying and authentic. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully — the spicy noodle dish had a great kick and depth of flavor, while the peanut salad added a refreshing crunch with just the right balance of tangy and savory notes. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. If you’re craving authentic flavors and comforting dishes, Palungo is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for more!

Fiona Smith We’ve visited Kod Pirketa on several occasions whilst in London and it’s always excellent. The food is first class and very authentic with delicious barbecued meats and home cooked dishes. The service is also great, the staff are very efficient but also helpful and friendly. A must visit restaurant when in London!

Svitlana Kopiievska We came to Duchy Ascot Restaurant with the family and had a wonderful time. Everything we ordered — the starters, meat, and fish — was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is great with a large free parking area, which is very convenient. We truly enjoyed our evening and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
