Tim Flintan Stopped off here (party of 8 with ages from 93 to 6 months!) for lunch after visiting Sheffield Park. Fantastic place with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all lovely even going to the trouble of finding some crayons and paper for my granddaughter. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

Aron Sarai Great food and great service. We required a receipt and though it wasnt already printed, the staff were more than accommodating to write one out for us. Never tried this cuisine before and will definitely try again.

Phil Newman This place is not a pub serving food. Its a high end restaurant serving beer. Absolutely fantastic on every level. Service, decor, food and great beer and wine. Stunning venue and very traditionally English. Recommend this place for excellent food. Everything was tasty and the chefs know how to cook.

Derren James Arguably the best pie & mash shop in London today! I kid you not!! Pies were to die for, the mash was full of taste and that liquor!!! Dear lord, I loved it so much I went back for more!!!! Double pie & double mash twice!!!!! Love this place. xxxxx

Mustaf Mohamoud Great service, their shisha is amazing and the environment is fun. People are interacting with each other playing different games such as ludo, chess, dominos. Overall it was an amazing experience

What immediately stood out was the incredible generosity of the servings—you certainly wont leave hungry! Every plate felt packed with value, and it’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in providing big portions of their soulful menu. Beyond the size, the food itself was fantastic. I could genuinely taste the soul and thought put into the preparation. From the flavors to the plating, the meal felt less like standard restaurant fare and more like home-cooked food made with genuine care. It’s clear they use quality ingredients and take the time to season and cook everything perfectly. The ambiance was welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a comfortable meal. My only reason for not giving a full five stars is reserving that top spot for truly flawless execution, but this is easily a solid 4-star experience and a must-try for anyone craving comforting, hearty soul food. Highly recommended!
