5 /5 Gemma Church: My family loved this place when we visited recently. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they were so kind and helpful with our kids! I always have the calves liver which is always delicious. Family love the pizza and pasta. Thoroughly recommended

2 /5 Brian Cheung: The food was homely comfort food which we really enjoyed. However, service was a let-down. The maitre d was incredibly rude and brusque. She asked us to wait in the corner (no please) when we first arrived, threw menus on our table and made a sarcastic comment about the next tables customers being fat when seating them at a cramped table. The other waitress was excellent.

3 /5 Veks S: I used to love coming to this place but hadnt been for a while so was keen to try it again unfortunately it didnt really meet my expectations. It was cute to see local people there and costly they have some repeat customers but compared to other small Italian establishments in the neighbouring area, unfortunately for us it was just average. Also the lady in charge of the seating was a bit too aggressive for our liking. That said I would probably visit again in case that night was a one off

3 /5 Emma May: Mid experience. £23 for scallop starter which were innedible because the bacon they were wrapped in was so salty and had boiled to scallops to a chewy mess. We felt embarrassed leaving so much behind so forced ourselves to eat. Steak could have been cooked better at home and presented better- sauce covered the whole plate so it looked like a sloppy mess. Pasta was tasty but felt so queasy after the scallops due to the amount of salt so struggled with main. £100 bill (no alcohol). I disagree with other comments that the waitress was rude- she is very abrupt but I think its her humour. Unfortunately will not be returning and disappointed as we were really looking forward to eating here.
