5 /5 shafeeq sha: Can anyone help me in identifying below posted picture of curry/masala. My friend had ordered this and he liked it very much he forgot what he had ordered. He describes its very sweet and no spciy at all. So i want to know and accordingly i can order but i do not want to order wrong one. So either the resturant team help me or anyone who tried this in the resturant support me. Very important for me to identify this food from this resturant.

5 /5 Arden: We have had wonderful Star of India meals for both takeaway and dine in. Everything is fresh and well spiced. The saag paneer and chicken saag were especially good! As were the poppadoms and chutnies. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good - cozy and it was busy on a Saturday night. We ordered 3 drinks, 3 starters, 3 mains, a side dish, a naan and rice and it was about £30 pp. I think the starters were just a bit small for the price but they were all delicious, the curry and biryani were both really good too. Not the best I’ve ever had but very good for London!

For the mains, we paired the king prawn Roshuni with mushroom rice and cheese and garlic naan. Every dish felt incredibly fresh and packed with authentic flavor. Most restaurants were not able to accept my last minute booking but Star of India did and they did an amazing job. All my guests were extremely impressed with the food, service and ambience. They took extra care to ensure my guests were satisfied. Food was mouthwatering and well proportioned. Staff were very attentive. I definitely recommend Star of India to everyone. Hats off to the chef, all the staff and the owner. I was extremely overwhelmed with joy and happiness from the high level of service they provided considering it was very last minute and the fact that all my guests were super impressed. I will definitely be hosting more events there. I would like to sincerely thank everyone at the Star of India for making my event a success. Thank you so much. Hope to see you all soon.
