5 /5 Win Phyo Ko: Great atmosphere. We had steak, wine and brownie as dessert. Steak is well made. Made to order as requested. It comes with daufinaue? (Potato on a side) And fresh gravy and veg. Brownie is nicely warm too! Enjoyed it. Mo and Hassan were quite attentive too.

5 /5 Mamooda Riaz: Had an amazing, awesome Christmas dinner at the Melia House Hotel. Outstanding customer service, SO welcoming and attentive. Food was truly scrumptious, delicious and very tasty. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Hope to be back soon, thanks again for a wonderful evening.

4 /5 Joyce: Jennifer unfortunately tainted our afternoon tea experience at the end, insisting we must pay for water we didn’t have. There was none on our table either so unsure why she believed we had any water.. especially as she didn’t serve us at any point..! Also noticed as we were leaving she chose not to say goodbye. Very odd behaviour from her. William was amazing! Honestly 10/10 What a lovely guy. Food was nice also for a vals day treat

5 /5 Gabriella Turner: Friends and I booked an “afternoon tea” experience via Groupon. We were late but the staff allowed us to participate anyway. The restaurant manager Manuel was particularly exceptional and accommodating despite reservation hiccups. Huge thanks to the entire staff from kitchen to front line service. You guys made this experience so memorable.

5 /5 Keval Patel: We visited Arado restaurant (which is inside Melia White House Hotel) on Sunday and we were thoroughly impressed by the afternoon tea. The selection of teas available was great with lots of unique and interesting flavours to try and the sandwiches and cakes were of good quality. What made the experience truly memorable though was the service, which was simply exceptional. William was attentive and very friendly and took time to explain all the teas on offer, the food we would be eating and even the history of the building itself. He was a really lovely man and made the experience special for us which I am very much grateful for, the restaurant should count themselves very lucky to have such a charming and dedicated member of staff!
