What Clients Are Saying Bengal Indian Cuisine (GG)
4 /5 Nick Fitch: Great first visit here when visiting the Picturehouse. Managed to get a table for 2 with no problems on a Sat night. Quick and friendly service and super attentive.
Started with prawn puree and an onion bhaji - very tasty and a large portion! When we shared a king prawn dupiaza and a lamb tikka shashlik buna with lemon rice, garlic naan and saag paneer. Currys were very tasty - a touch too much tomato and oil for my liking, plus the lamb was a touch tough. Saag paneer lacked much texture and quite soupy but still v tasty. Great drinks and sides too.
We were super impressed to find out the total bill was around £42!! Such great value.
Thanks for a great me.
4 /5 Stefan Hales: Very nice food and reasonably priced. Service was especially good, although it was fairly quiet when we dined (around 7.30) so may be different during busier periods. Well worth trying it out
5 /5 Dieting Is killing me: Food in this place is nothing short of amazing. First time eating in, as were normally have a home delivery which is always delivered hot, and in very good time too. Tonight tho they seemed to be having a little trouble with all the deliveries as they have loads more now due to people not eating out.
Staff here are amazing. The front door is a bit of a pain as it bangs shut every time a delivery guy walks through it. Will definitely be going here again.
1 /5 Max Million: How are places like this still open. I ordered a chicken tikka biriani absolutely tasteless. Old chicken tikka used and the rice soggy. Absolutely terrible. Vegetable curry filled to the top with oil. Dripped all over the bag. Honestly how are people eating from a place like this. Unless it’s free and even then. 2 star hygiene rating makes sense
5 /5 Izabella: Never disappoints!
The food is incredibly tasty and great value, they are more than happy to cater to any of your needs and tweak dishes for you.
The waiter Amin is incredibly welcoming and friendly, we love him!
Would recommend the sizzling dishes, yum!
Meat is good quality which I often find lacks in other Indian restaurants.
Best all round Indian in Crouch End by a mile (maybe even north London, although can’t claim to have tried them all!)
Emma We pulled into the large car park, greeted by friendly staff. The tables are a decent size, which is a rarity nowadays.
The children had lasagne, I had fish and chips and my husband has a burger. Portions are large but very tasty!
The puddings come in regular or small sizes, in future I would go small, the regular were huge.
We would definitely go back here and highly recommend.
Alanna Cook What DELICIOUS food!! Wow! Hands down the most totally yum Indian dishes I’ve ever eaten in England. I got 2 discounted vegetarian dishes on Vegetarian Vednesday. The portions were generous, the customer service was fantastic. And honestly just so, so yummy. I gobbled it up and so did my toddler. 5 stars not enough!
Daniel Merlusca I have booked a table for 6 people. We had different starters and main dishes to share between us. The Romanian wine was really good as well. We finished our lunch with Romanian papanasi.
Overall great services, food and drink. Thanks for the entire team. I would definitely come back with my friends and family.
I would like to add that this restaurant it s a great place for different events, like weddings or business networking events. All the best.
Asif Zubair This is nice place to have breakfast. I ordered omelette with salad and it was so delicious and fresh. The place is nice and tidy and clean. The owner is such a lovely person. Highly recommended if you are in area.
İbrahim Arslan As a sous chef, definetly best experience in London. I have tried French toast and it was scrumptious. I had chance to meet with chef and he let me to glance the kitchen. Honestly, the kitchen is very clean and tidy.
The stuff was welcoming. If you want to have a good breakfast experience you should visit !!
