Lorraine Kashdan Really nice atmosphere. Its wheelchair accessible although the entrance is at the back and the back doors were closed, but locals sprang to the rescue and we were in! Two of us used wheelchairs and it was manageable though for two powerchairs it would be awkward and due to how busy it gets, the staff were not the most forthcoming. The Sunday dinners were as expected. There was pleasant livr music. The accessible toilet was easy enough to get to, though strictly speaking not that accessible, if youre not ambulant and have no carer and you have a chair longer than the q300r, then you cant use it! Plus the throughfare was blocked with a large plant, which is fine if for example youre with friends, are fine talking to the management and dont also have autism. From a neuro diverse point of view its not suitable because of the windows being at the same level as the tables causing noise refraction. Overall I loved the place and would go again, they just need to bear in mind that if its advertised as disabled access then doors need to be left open, signage would be helpful and blocking entrance or exit points with heavy plant pots isnt great. Otherwise - see you next time!

Ab Ab Good food good size portion. However I wouldn’t say ‘gourmet’. If you’re looking for reasonable burger place to fill a hole and doesn’t break the bank then defo this is the place. Ordered the tikka combo, hot dog jalapeño , grilled Chinese wings and tikka bowl. £20 for all. Tikka combo was the best part. Too much cheese sauce on the tikka bowl for my liking. Hot dog wasn’t anything special unfortunately. And the wings for me were a let down, saw them cooking it - it was grilled wings then chucked into a bag with sauce added and mixed. They could’ve put the sauce on the grill with sesame seeds to give it that authentic taste. Overall first time wasn’t bad, will try again and see how it is again. Service 3/5 due to they forgot my wings and had to wait another 15mins.

Qas M Nice place the bread was amazing and the shish or nice solid food donner wasnt that good though but the bread is nice freindly staff and people travelled 100miles for this place

Tony Beckwith The place doesnt look to appealing from the outside, wouldnt say it was the cleanest shop inside either odd scattered chips and chicken crumbs on tables and floors, but its acceptable. The guy serving the food was friendly and approachable . Prices are all reasonable although wouldnt say the food looked totally the freshest..but the chilli sauce is very good and very spicy if you like a bit of hot with your food... overall much better places available..bang average

Sarah Archer-palmer I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family. Ed Absolutely exceptional. The best takeaway in the area, and probably one of the best in London. Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I visit here every 1-2 weeks and its always delicious food. As a vegetarian theres a wealth of options (which I am slowly working my way through trying).
