4 /5 Propumpkin: My partner and I recently visited this restaurant for their all-you-can-eat pancakes, and overall the experience was really nice. The place has a surprisingly fancy vibe — even if it doesn’t call itself a fine-dining spot, the atmosphere and the food definitely feel a bit more elevated. The price point (around $15–$20 per person) matches the quality, and we were happy we booked in advance.
The main reason I’m writing this review is because our service experience was mixed. Some of the staff didn’t seem very focused, and it took quite a while just to place our order, even though the restaurant was fully booked. A few members of the team didn’t look like staff at first glance — hair down, very casual clothing — which made things feel a little unorganized.
BUT — halfway through our visit, we were switched to a new waitress, E.T., and she was incredible. She was attentive, efficient, cleaning tables, checking on guests, and she immediately noticed that we had been waiting too long. When she realized we had ordered more food, she took it upon herself to go check on it and made sure we got everything quickly, which saved us from being late to plans we had afterward. Her kindness, energy, and bright attitude genuinely turned the whole experience around. She made our night.
Overall, the restaurant itself is lovely, the food is great, and T.’s service was amazing. I hope the rest of the staff can match her level, because she truly made the difference for us.
