5 /5 Alan Goddard: Visited yesterday with a friend for lunch. Misunderstood what I had ordered (thought Philly cheese baguette was cream cheese but it was meat based). The owner was so kind and bought me another meal. The brownie and icecream for £1.50 finished the meal off beautifully. And they do white chocolate hot chocolate. Such a lovely owner. Live in Orpington but will try and return. Thank you

We keep coming back because the food is always freshly prepared, and the owner is more than happy to make adjustments or add something extra if we ask. What I love most is that every meal is made from scratch using fresh, raw ingredients. That’s really important to me, and even more so for my young daughter, as healthy food makes such a difference. Of course, because everything is cooked fresh, it can take around 15–20 minutes for the food to arrive — but honestly, it’s worth the wait for the quality you get. It’s also a very family-friendly place. My daughter always enjoys her meals here, and when she finishes her salad, she gets a little lollipop, which she looks forward to every time. The prices are excellent too. Even bottled water costs less than a pound, and they offer green tea and a variety of other drinks at really reasonable prices. All in all, this is a lovely spot that combines great food, fair prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly place to enjoy a fresh and healthy meal.
