Brentford Cafe & Restaurant - (Near Hounslow, london)

Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

Nara Lam Popped into Old Town 97 in Brentford for a meal and it was a solid experience. The drinks were a great start, the Iced Yuan Yang was very authentic, and the Iced Lemon Tea was refreshing with a lovely citrus fragrance. For the mains, we tried the famous LSE Fried Rice. It’s egg fried rice topped with a smooth egg gravy and black pepper chicken chop; it had great "wok hei" and was very satisfying. We also had the Three Meat Roast Combo (roast duck, char siu, and roast pork), which was decent and met expectations, would say the roast pork was slightly fatty. The Salt and Pepper Squid was a real highlight, perfectly seasoned and very tasty. Squid just perfect, not too chewy. We finished with some dim sum: the Chive Dumplings and Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean Sauce, both were well made and consistent. Reliable spot for comforting Cantonese food. Will be back!

S Rahman What an amazing place! Very reasonably priced GOOD food! Located quite close to the congestion zone, I generally find the area is a bit expensive, but not this place! Staff are very friendly and conversate with their customers as you wait for your food. It does get busy too, but the staff are very quick and efficient, so you’re never waiting too long. I’ve been working in the area for the passed month, and made it my regular breakfast or lunch spot (I have to go there at least once a day)! I first went there during the beginning of the second lockdown, so my pictures show how serious they are about the pandemic.

Kymber Daniels Doroszuk Best Thai food in west London! The owner is a brilliant chef and makes the incredible Crispy Beef, Pad See Ew, mango sticky rice, and more. Even the spring rolls are dream worthy, and have ruined all other spring rolls for me. We wish we could eat there everyday!

Maxim Smirnoff We had a lovely dinner. The place was buzzing, and the service and the food were great. I had the Bass Ceviche for my starter and it was delicious - zesty and refreshing. Will order a bigger portion next time. My partner had the Crispy Duck Salad and it was yum too. For our mains, we had the Halibut and the Lamb Chops - both dishes were cooked perfectly, packed full of flavour; good size portions too. The Basque Style Baked Cheesecake was super tasty - ideal to finish an amazing meal. They also had a good selection of cocktails and wines. Since we live in the area, we will definitely be back.

Star Creek & Josh Creek There are some history boards on some of the nearby buildings, as it was previously a dairy farm with working horses. The food and drink is very good and outside tables are available.
