2 /5 Romuz Uddin: I would like to share my experience from my recent visit to your restaurant, which was my very first time trying Chic Flick. I ordered the hot wings and chips meal for dinner, and I wanted to provide some feedback that I hope will be helpful.
First, I would like to compliment staff a team member named Harish. He gave me a warm welcome and was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my visit. His customer service was excellent and left a very positive impression. Its always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Now, regarding the food, chips were quite good crispy, well-cooked, and they paired nicely with the ketchup provided. I thoroughly enjoyed them and felt they were one of the highlights of the meal.
However, I was disappointed with the hot wings. While the flavour was acceptable, it wasn’t particularly outstanding, and I feel theres room for improvement in terms of seasoning and texture. More importantly, I noticed a serious issue that I feel the management should be aware of . There were visible hairs on the hot wings. Finding hairs on the food especially on hot wings is both unhygienic and unacceptable. It made the meal difficult to enjoy, and frankly, it was a bit disgusting.
I strongly urge the kitchen staff and management to review food hygiene and preparation practices. Ensuring that food is clean and properly inspected before it is served to customers should always be a top priority. Im sure the management takes pride in your business and would not want customers to walk away feeling disappointed, especially over something that can and should be prevented with careful attention.
Despite this experience, I appreciate the effort from staff and hope to see improvements in food quality and hygiene in the future. I would be open to giving Chic Flick another try, and I hope my feedback is taken in the spirit of helpfulness and support for continued growth.
