Faheem Ahmad I make very good Indian tea myself, so it’s not easy to meet my standards. To be honest, after eleven years in London, none of the Asian restaurants or shops impressed me with their chai. But Chaiiwala is the only place where I truly enjoyed authentic Indian tea. Love it!

I love the fact you can bring your own alcoholic drinks into the restaurant. This is something different and gives it the older noble India touch. The qaboli palaw was outstanding, the meats were tender and flavorful, and the portions were generous. What truly makes this place special, though, is Ikram, the manager. Ikram goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for Afghan hospitality elevate the entire dining experience. You can tell he truly cares about both the food and the people who walk through the door.
