5 /5 Jacqui Jacs: Good African Music.
Enjoyable night every time.
People are so friendly not to mention their generosity.
Good food, reasonably priced alcohol, and you can sit down when your feet are tired.
1 /5 emoks Dom (dom-emok#): I visited your shop on 31/12/2025 and ordered two portions of beef suya. As a Nigerian patron supporting a Nigerian business, I was disappointed by what I received.
One portion was proper beef with no fat, but the second portion was made up almost entirely of fat. This is not acceptable—especially considering I paid £15. I paid for beef suya, not fat.
This kind of practice reflects poorly on us as Nigerians doing business in London. It feels like profit was prioritised over fairness and quality.
I am sharing this feedback because we can and should do better. Consistency and honesty matter, especially when serving our own people.
1 /5 J. Carlin: The food and sides are a total mugs menu over priced small portions never mind asking for a guiness that will take 20 minutes because the beer lines are all looped causing delays in serving, the place needs new management if you want to be over charged and smell africa have butchers
5 /5 Love Mba: Kings lounge was absolutely fantastic. Its been a while I partied with Africans and it was so nice to see so many people turn up with Nigerian hits playing back to back. The DJ was great as well and they were a lot of foreigners dancing to our beats so that made my night. Im definitely going back there soon again for an awesome night out. If you want to have a fun night out, visit Kings Lounge.
5 /5 Keith Whitty: This best pub in Barking with am African theme and atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and willing to make you feel relaxed and welcomed. Its a large pub with outdoor area and hotel next door. Its set up like a sports bar with large screens on nearly every wall so you dont miss any action.
I called.in on a Sunday afternoon when it was quiet but imagine this place.osnkicking in the evenings and weekend.
CamillaS CamillaS I went to Libbys twice in the morning (at opening time) to buy some brunch stuff and the selection was great! Croissants, pain au chocolat, pizza-croissants, almond-croissant, hazelnut pain au chocolat.... You name it! Great croissant dough, a bit on the expensive side (3 pastries for 12 pounds), but its something you need to splurge on to experience at least once!
Katie Timothy A group of us went to Beb’s kitchen for a birthday and absolutely loved it! Fernanda is so friendly & welcoming and really makes you feel at home. The karaoke after our meal was also great fun. Thank you so much!☺️
Laleh Amiri Lovely place. Got variety of food and a few cakes and coffees as well. We tried some vegetarian toasties which was delicious. Coffee was good. Atmosphere is nice, quiet chill and relaxed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The price is fine. Not very expensive. First time in this branch which turned into a good experience. Would go back again.
Jorden Kirkham A great night out, haven’t had much Japanese food before but tonight was great. I run a pub in Chislehurst and I found the service here to be great and the price point spot on for what it has to offer. Aditi and the you gent was great. Can’t wait to visit again.
Мария Змушко It was a wonderful experience!
So tasty food, so cosy interior, and so friendly staff!
£32 for two main meals, one dessert, and two coffees ☕️
Thank you so much! We will be back again!
