It’s a family-run café and you really feel that warmth every time you walk in — the staff are genuinely welcoming and make you feel at home. The food is consistently amazing, especially the breakfasts, which are some of the best in Brixton. Everything is always fresh, well-cooked and generous, and it’s the kind of place you can rely on every single time. I’ve brought friends and family here over the years and it’s always the first place I recommend. I also love that they now have a bar in the evenings — the cocktails and atmosphere are brilliant and it’s become my go-to spot before and after gigs. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Always leave happy, full, and already planning the next visit.

The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. You can really tell that the kitchen cares about the quality of what they serve. The service was also excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. They were attentive without being intrusive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
