Our experience at this beautiful cafe was nothing short of extraordinary, as the establishment exudes an ambiance of refined elegance and contemporary allure that is undeniably Instagram-worthy. 5 /5 Chanelle Lorreta: Food was lovely! We had the breakfast, was absolutely delicious and fast arriving. Service was incredible poor though. The restaurant wasn’t busy at 10.30 am but yet the service was appalling from the staff. The member of staff had not asked if I had been there before, we just sort of got thrown to our seats and left to it. When it also came time to order it took about 15mins or so just to get her attention so we could place an order (again the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, she probably had 2 coffees or so to make).. when it came time to pay it was also another 5-7 mins but felt like forever just stood at the counter ready to pay the bill. Another member of staff came over to take the payment. No greeting, no “how was the food? Was everything okay?” Nothing, just put the amount in the card machine and I tapped my card and she gave me a smile to signal that my payment was all done. Nothing but complete silence throughout. I shouldn’t have even payed the service fee added to the bill. However I just tapped my card and dint want the hassle. Absolutely awful experience. To make it worse we were there for my daughter’s 4th birthday this morning for a nice breakfast. She took a liking to the restaurant because her favourite colour is pink and the menu also looked good to me when I had a look. I hope their other restaurants are better and today was just a bad day for them.

5 /5 Hannah Rose: Wow! We just happened to pass this place on the way to our hotel. We decided to give it a try that evening. We were shocked with how utterly amazing everything was. The staff were so friendly the food was incredible. The drinks as well!!! Will defo be coming back next time we visit!

It was our second time there, and it was amazing despite how busy they were on Valentine’s Day, the staff made sure to give their attention to everyone. We booked a table in advance and would recommend everyone do the same. The second floor is gorgeous. It’s decorated in soft pink, beige, and gold tones and has a sakura tree which is absolutely beautiful. The waffles with Belgian chocolate, strawberries, and gelato are amazing. My partner had waffles with kataifi and pistachio. Later, we had a pinacolada, which was so delicious. Thank you for the quick service and tasty desserts!

5 /5 Louise & Graeme Moran: Attended for a festive treat with my kids. We were seated in a beautiful booth, and given attentive yet unintrusive service throughout. We were treated like valuable customers, which is often not the case when you arrive with a group of children! Every item they chose from the treats menu was available, and their food and drinks arrived really quickly. Portion sizes were perfect for the teens, and take home boxes were supplied for the younger ones for their leftovers. Dishes looked fantastic, tasted great. Staff encouraged the kids to access the space for photos, and we had a great time. We have already recommended it to others and will certainly return to explore the rest of the menu.
