Rottura is everything you could want in a neighbourhood restaurant: friendly staff, unpretentious atmosphere, a light and airy warm space l, and outstanding food. The pasta dishes are thoughtful and creative without being fussy or too outlandish - this is how I’d want to eat at home if I was any good as a cook. Definitely come try it!

Michael Sutphin We stayed at the Hilton and didnt feel like traveling out so went to the MOOD. Great atmosphere and had an amazing bar area! As a group of 3, we were the first people in the restaurant, yet the food still took some time to get out. BUT it was amazing when it did, so the wait was worth it. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a great looking and chill vibe location to eat.

Kieran Griggs Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.

Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

Nara Lam Popped into Old Town 97 in Brentford for a meal and it was a solid experience. The drinks were a great start, the Iced Yuan Yang was very authentic, and the Iced Lemon Tea was refreshing with a lovely citrus fragrance. For the mains, we tried the famous LSE Fried Rice. It’s egg fried rice topped with a smooth egg gravy and black pepper chicken chop; it had great "wok hei" and was very satisfying. We also had the Three Meat Roast Combo (roast duck, char siu, and roast pork), which was decent and met expectations, would say the roast pork was slightly fatty. The Salt and Pepper Squid was a real highlight, perfectly seasoned and very tasty. Squid just perfect, not too chewy. We finished with some dim sum: the Chive Dumplings and Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean Sauce, both were well made and consistent. Reliable spot for comforting Cantonese food. Will be back!

Laura F. We loved Anima. Atmosphere was amazing, decoration was stylish, but quirky yet comfy. Service was wonderful and food was amazing! And if youre into wine, you will fall in with their options! Highly recommended!
