Mathew Busk Yuuum. Those chips are super tasty! The saltyness, thickness on the cut chunky chips, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside just how I like it! Chicken chow mien noodles were rather tasty too! Lovely reception waiting area haven’t seen a fish tank in a Chinese for a long time overall v much appreciated many thanks. Bag of chips done a great job of warming my fingers up on a cold autumn evening. #vibe #veryyummy #charming #chinese

Stephanie Black Photography I had lunch at Piccolo Mondo in Southampton and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. As a vegetarian, I was really pleased with the amount of choice on the menu. It’s always nice when an Italian restaurant goes beyond the basics and Piccolo Mondo definitely does. I ordered the Penne all’Arrabbiata along with some garlic bread, and both were absolutely delicious. The arrabbiata had a surprising amount of heat, which I personally loved, it had that perfect kick without overpowering the flavour of the sauce. The garlic bread, though, was something special. Fresh, soft, and packed with flavour… honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I’d go back just for that. The staff were amazing throughout the meal. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. They struck the right balance of making you feel welcome while also giving you space to enjoy your meal. The food arrived promptly but never felt rushed, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Portion sizes were generous too, so I didn’t have any room left for dessert, although the menu looked tempting! Overall, Piccolo Mondo delivered excellent food, great service, and a warm, authentic feel. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you’re veggie and appreciate good, flavourful Italian dishes.

Wayne Fontaine Front of the house has wonderful hospitality, kudos to them. Furthermore, huge compliments to the chefs who did an amazing job. The food was exquisite, quite tasty. Nowhere is perfect, especially in a busy season so do have patience if its taking a bit of time. Its worth the wait and you can tell by the atmosphere that the staff cares and the food is good! Highly recommend. #Try the Hamhock, Egg & Chips. Wayne

Julia Snodgrass An amazing meal after a long day of hiking! We were seated right away upstairs, our server was kind and welcoming, and the food arrived promptly. We shared the siu mai, chicken satay, lemongrass shrimp, and tom kha soup with mushrooms added. Each dish was more delicious than the last. So grateful to have stumbled upon this gem!

Jeremy Brown Really authentic and tasty Japanese food! Lunch set menu is good value too. The ginger pork, salmon donburi, and bara chirashi are particular highlights for me and remind me of a month I spent in Tokyo.

PSP We went to Farzi for their Valentine’s special and had such a lovely evening! The food was incredible. The Tangra chicken and the seafood/lobster seekh kebab in particular were great. The cocktail pairing was also really thoughtful, loved the rose and date one. The staff were so sweet, and server Anjali made the whole experience great. The live music also gave the whole place such a nice vibe. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion!
