2 /5 Aure S: As a first time customer, I must say experience was very unpleasant due to lack of customer service. Because of the waitress who doesnt seem to be keen on providing professional and welcomed environment. Ordered over the phone, made an inquiry and a specific request, but waitress did lack understanding of the questions asked, which was recognized later. Upon arrival to collect the order, it was clear request to the chef had not been passed on. Just the extra charge for it was taken. Waiter who seemed somewhat more experienced in hospitality, said I did not take the order, then tried to figure out what went wrong. It had been discovered that restaurant menu is misleading and looks a lot like false advertising, compared to the online menu. Depending on what menu you look at, it has different prices, so please be mindful! However the waiter who tried to make already uncomfortable situation better and be more accommodating, was disrupted by a waitress who showed disappointing attitude and annoyance that her mistake was brought up and she made it clear customers are not welcomed. Instead of simply apologizing for the inconvenience and try to make the situation more pleasant and less belittling, she chose to show poor service, carelessness and 0 interest to customers preferences. Such a shame that customers keep pointing out to the same waitress and her approach towards them, management doesnt discipline nor take action towards improvement regarding the same issue. Food was good, but not great. Wasabi has no standard flavor. Would like to give another try to the place, but feel very reluctant meeting the same waitress again. First impression underwhelming.
