5 /5 Mory Naimi: Arguably one of the best koobideh I’ve ever had. The meat is incredibly juicy and you can tell the recipe has been perfected down to the gram.
I first tried it a few months ago when visiting England and had it again yesterday.honestly it was one of the things I was most excited about for this trip. The quality was exactly the same as last time. You can see how consistent they are with their method,I even noticed the cook using a thermometer, which tells you how serious they are about getting it right every time.
Some reviews mention the lack of fancy service, but that’s missing the point. This isn’t a fine dining restaurant,it’s a takeout spot that focuses purely on what matters: authentic, perfectly cooked kababs. No seating, just the best koobideh you’ll find, true to the roots of the land where kabab originated.
A simple yet genius little place. I’ll definitely keep coming back every time I’m in England.
