When we raised a simple concern about one piece of rib missing from the family platter, instead of addressing it respectfully, we were told to “check the CCTV” as if we were being dishonest. That response was unnecessary and insulting.
We did not make this up. We simply pointed out that an item we paid for was missing. After more than a decade of support and trust, I expected basic respect and a straightforward resolution — not suspicion.
