1 /5 polly barwis: We ordered through Just Eat and waited over two hours for our food to arrive. When it finally turned up, half the order was missing and what did arrive was barely lukewarm. The delivery driver hammered on our door so aggressively it sounded like he was trying to break it down.
When I called the restaurant to ask how to request a refund through Just Eat, the staff member was incredibly rude, repeatedly talking over me and refusing to listen to a word I said. It got so bad that my partner went down to the restaurant in person — only to be met with even worse behaviour. The staff refused to let him take a photo of our receipt for proof, and one of them even crumpled the receipt up in his face.
Completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable. I would never order from here again.
