Johirul islam I had a really great experience at this place and genuinely enjoyed my time here. The fast food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Everything was prepared well and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the visit even better. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for tasty food and fast service. Alaa Addin Great food! I often buy their vegetarian items and really enjoy them. However, when I ask if their chicken or mutton is halal, they say it is, but I haven’t seen any halal certification displayed in the shop. It would be reassuring if they could show their halal certification in the future.

Thanmai Reddy Had the chicken shawarma at Urban Chai and it was absolutely fantastic! The wrap was freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and packed with juicy, flavorful chicken and fresh veggies. Every bite was bursting with taste. The staff here deserve a special mention—they were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. From the warm welcome to the quick service, everything felt effortless and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re craving a delicious shawarma and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ashir Ali We were traveling late at night during 1st Ramadan roza and passed by this shop on the high street. Google showed it as closed, but we decided to check anyway and we’re so glad we did! The shop was actually open until 5 AM for sehri, which was such a blessing for travelers like us. The food was fresh and delicious, and it felt really thoughtful that they stay open so late during Ramadan. Thank you so much for welcoming people at such hours and making our sehri special. Truly appreciated highly recommended during Ramadan!
