2 /5 Hottn: I’ve been here several times for a year, but unfortunately the quality of the food and the management seems getting worse. The fries didn’t seem fresh, the Udon noodles were too soft, they couldn’t serve Bento Boxes even though there were on the menu. I guess the number of staff members is not sufficient to keep the good operation. I hope these will get better soon.

1 /5 Haidar: I ordered one regular rice chicken katsu and one large udon chicken katsu with pumpkin tempura through just eat. Apart from the delivery being one hour later than the promised time. I didn’t receive the pumpkin tempura nor the udon chicken katsu. Instead i received two rice chicken katsu. After writing to just eat, I did not get any refund. Under consumer law the order you paid for must match what was delivered so I’m going to ask my bank to chargeback and report it to trading standards as I did not get a satisfactory resolve.

5 /5 Imran Mraish: One of the best Japanese restaurants in London, tasty and delicious, friendly and welcoming staff preparing each meal in less than a minute, clean and tidy seating, kids set meal, really good sized portions, obviously if you pay for a small you will get a small portion. Highly recommended, definitely going to repeat the experience. We had the salmon Teriyaki with rice, and the chicken katsu with noodles which is halal.

1 /5 Joy Cestari: I ordered Yakisoba Tofu with deliveroo and this is what I got - I’m trying to mix as much as I can to get some flavour at least. This franchise is usually so good but.. this was disappointing. So dry and no vegetables. So much respect for the hard workers who are on shift during bank holidays, but on the other end, this is my dinner after a long day. I had expectations because I have already been in this chain and the picture was quite clear about what at I was supposed to receive. I am so sorry, but I paid for this meal, and you are paid to make it. Consistency please.
