Lois : No Cruise Control A brand new Ice Cream parlour / coffee shop. A very friendly welcome, gorgeous decor, lots of space to sit. Delicious, thick, creamy ice cream, rum and raisin and pistachio flavour were both delicious! Reasonably priced for evidently very high quality ice cream. Lots of choice of flavour and toppings / sauces. The homemade brownies looked delicious! A great spot for couples, friends and families!

Meredith Kurz We stayed overnight in Southampton prior to the Queen Mary cruise. My husband and I both like Italian food. The Ennios Restaurant was off the hook - both food and service. Meticulously clean (including the wait staff LoL), all the wait staff new the menu inside and out, new what to recommend, were able to clearly explain how the food was made/cooked, spicy or not spicy, etc. We live in Manhattan New York so are fortunate to enjoy an array of local Italian restaurants - yours is RIGHT UP THERE with our best - The very best of luck to you! We loved it.

Hoha Fitness Grounded Bow is one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in East London. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee. I ordered the Beef Full English Breakfast, and it was excellent, generous, well cooked, and full of flavour. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and you could tell real care goes into the ingredients. The coffee here is also a highlight: smooth, strong, and perfectly prepared. Overall, Grounded Bow delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and tasty brunch in East London
