5 /5 Amelia K: Just had an amazing experience at Nandos! The staff member, Karol, was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, helpful, and really made our meal enjoyable. The food was, as always, delicious, but Karol service really stood out. Definitely going back, and hoping Alex is there again!

1 /5 Thanzeel Kamaldian: Got some takeaway from here. Ordered fino pitta for both me and my wife. My pitta was completely ripped and clearly they can’t cut a pitta properly, was a big mess in the box from how they’ve assembled it. Tasted very dry. My wife’s one which was ordered without halloumi was missing other fino stuff too, when just didn’t want the halloumi. Nando’s has gone downhill and not worth the money.

He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. His service was warm, professional, and efficient — he checked in at the right times and made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to receive service that feels so personal and sincere.
