She cooked me one of the most incredible smash burgers I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavour. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was her customer service. It was completely out of this world. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely warm — she made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find someone who delivers both amazing food and such standout service. If you’re in Broadstairs, do yourself a favour and try the smash burger — and hope Maisy’s on shift! Absolute 5-star experience.

5 /5 Jo Frost: I am not generally a burger fan but this place is great. All ingredients are of high quality - lovely bun and meat in the Limitless smash burger, good bacon, chilli jam and aioli. Well cooked by Matt. Great and timely service from Laura too. My daughter loved the Oreo shake. A lovely find and I am always happy to pay for independent restaurants doing things well. Thank you!

5 /5 Jayne Whittaker: Honestly this restaurant is incredible and does the best burgers ever! Went today for the first time with family and it was absolutely unreal. Not only was the food amazing but Maisie made our visit absolutely wonderful, she went above and beyond and made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering and was just the loveliest person as well! Would definitely recommend
