5 /5 Dean Levy: Bianca and Juliana at Reception. r really nice people. and r very good at their jobs. And the hotel is clean. and I got a lovely nights sleep. So no complaints from me.many thanks mr levy

2 /5 Karl B: When we checked in we were not asked for our car registration, so we were not initially registered. The car was parked for an hour before I enquired about parking. I was then told by Reception that I will be getting a parking fine through the post very soon! Could anything be done to stop this, since the error was quickly corrected? No. Could they call Horizon parking who will be sending the fine? No. I needed to send all the details to the PIs parent company Whitbread AFTER I get the fine. Will they then be able to stop the fine in time? Who knows? Ruined the start of our stay. Also in noisy rooms. BTW their WiFi is very poor and keeps cutting out. Make sure you have plenty of data so you can use your phone hotspot!

5 /5 Phil P: Had to stay out of necessity. My flat flooded. I must say this is far the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. Big shout out to Sarah on reception, couldnt be more helpful and attentive. You should be proud to have someone like her at front desk.

2 /5 Andy Butcher: Stayed here on business, you have to go through the beefeater pub/restaurant or round the back from the carpark to access the hotel, receptionist was polite and friendly, My room was on the ground floor, and was clean and in good decorative order. This is where it stops, got to the hotel/restaurant (restaurant is part of the hotel) about 20.20 and was told I couldnt order any food after 20.00 as they were busy (web site states 21.00) I went out for food. Not sure what was going on in the early hours of the morning but there was a lot noise, banging , hammering and furniture moving, Had to book breakfast for the morning, was told it was between 08.00- 11.00 I asked for 08.00 but I was told it would have to be 10.30 , i disagreed and managed to get 09.30, on coming down to breakfast there was a family of six in front of me who turns out hadnt booked or were even staying at the hotel , they instantly got a table, I in the mean time had to wait, got a table after five minutes and told to help myself to coffee, after twenty minutes and two coffee I got up and left, whilst the unbooked family where being served, Ive asked my company not to use this place again.

4 /5 Trudi Bradley: 23 of us stayed last night for my son’s birthday. Was very nervous about this hotel having read the previous reviews but it was fine, some of us were in the building away from the main hotel and that was ok. The main building had lots of refurb going on but the people from our party that stayed there had no issues either. Clean, quiet and no smells detected. Internet was down on our arrival so couldn’t check in but the staff managed to do it on their phones as we were wet and cold from doing it’s a knockout and could see we really needed to change and shower.
