3 /5 Suzanne Andrews: We have used this restaurant many times and always had a good experience. However on our last visit on Saturday early evening before going to the Theatre we were so disappointed . No change to the great service and ambience of the restaurant itself but a terrible change of menu.
A lot of their delicious meals have been removed signature burgers pasta dishes steaks and risotto all gone and a very limited menu introduced. A few choices remaining but mainly various types of pizza. Three noodle dishes all the same except for fish or chicken added to the vegetarian option.
The desserts have gone through the same process gone is the choices of cheese cake Eaton mess and others and 2 types of French Toast ice cream sticky toffee sponge and a tart have replaced it. So very disappointing. Also the pre Theatre offers have now ceased.
I fully understand that costs for all businesses has increased etc.But with a lot of restaurants in the Theatre area you need to stand out and stick with your great signature dishes.
So sorry to write a negative review this time and hopefully if you change back to a better menu we will visit you again.
5 /5 Yarys: We were simply hungry and decided to walk into the first restaurant we came across – and it happened to be Privé. Inside it looked quite nice, but we chose a table outside. Even though the restaurant is surrounded by roads on both sides, it wasn’t noisy at all. We ordered Ravioli and Carbonara – the food was quite good, with portions surprisingly large for the price. The lady who served us was very kind and attentive. Overall: a pleasant stop with good food.
5 /5 Wu Dorota: The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of dishes and drinks. A huge plus of this restaurant is the exceptionally friendly staff, who welcomed us with smiles from the moment we arrived and were great with the children. It’s a very pleasant place for lunch with friends. We had a table in a quieter area, which allowed us to enjoy our meal comfortably and privately with friends and children.
5 /5 Anil Jain: An oasis on the Hamble. A fantastic riverside location and set within the majestic Premier Marina there’s ample car parking and first 2hrs free. The ambiance is lovely, the service attentive and courteous and the food curated by Chef Andy superbly. The drinks and cocktails are prepared by talented mixologists and menu curated superbly to satisfy all dietary needs including Vegan too. The outdoor terrace is vast and welcoming on a sunny day. You’ll enjoy

mohamed Adam Food is always very delicious, variety of food including pastries, excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere, would definitely recommend.
Mahmood Khattab Must try! Prices were great and the quality of food was incredible, the lamb shawarma was full of flavor. Great service as well, the man working was alone but did a great job taking care of customers on his own. Absolutely recommend.
Milad Yousefi The chicken and koobideh were so tender and perfect.
Be aware that it’s a kitchen and not a restaurant, so ask for the dishes of the day. But they have a great menu
Rosaline Nurse We are just enjoying a lovely takeout from Bejing house! The food is delicious and the service really good too, even the delivery drive was so kind and polite!
I called the venue back to extend our thanks and they were very gracious about that too.
Keep going Bejing house and don’t drop your high standards of service and delicious meals!!
Claire Lawley Excellent breakfast. Large should be re-named the belly Buster. Cooked perfectly, fresh ingredients and plenty of it. We didnt want the black pudding so asked for extra mushrooms - that wasnt a problem.
We come every year and will continue to do so as long as the quality remains....
