5 /5 Roxy Williams: I’m so glad I popped in. I was on my way home and looking for somewhere to enjoy a glass of wine and maybe some olives. Ricardo’s looked so inviting, and after a quick glance at the menu I knew I couldn’t just have olives. The atmosphere inside was warm and cosy, fairy lights and candles gave it a wonderful warm glow. All the staff were friendly and attentive. My glass was always topped up, I was made to feel incredibly welcome, and the atmosphere was just right. The food was PERFECT. The bread and olives were divine - I could have easily filled up on them. The linguine with clams was rich and delicious, with a generous amount of garlic and just the right little kick of chilli. Make sure you save room for dessert - the tiramisu was divine. I’m so sp glad I stopped by on a whim, and I will definitely be back again!

5 /5 Claire Etchell: I booked Riccardo’s as I wanted to try all the gluten free options as it is hard to find restaurants with a large menu. I really loved how many dishes are wheat-free or can be adapted. And also that you can order different sizes of every dish - I think this is so good to try more options! I had a lovely salmon and the meat balls looked a fab option too. The flourless chocolate cake is always a favourite of mine. My BF loved the cheesecake!

The food tastes homemade and full of flavour, whether you go for a classic pasta, a crispy pizza, or one of their hearty mains, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can relax, take your time, and actually enjoy the experience, whether you’re catching up with friends or having a cosy dinner out. What really makes it special, though, is the welcoming service that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit.

5 /5 Beliz Guney Oztop: We’ve been living in Chelsea for ages, and today was our first time back at Riccardo’s since my kids were born. Life, kids… you know how it goes. We came along for a neighbourhood event, and it honestly reminded me why this place has always been so special. I went with my two kids (7 and 4), and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. We felt genuinely welcome; like we were coming home. Riccardo’s has such a fantastic atmosphere: relaxed, beautiful, and absolutely family-friendly. The team made my kids feel completely at ease, which makes all the difference as a parent. The food was wonderful, but as someone who has worked in hospitality for over 10 years, I can confidently say that people remember the service even more than the food; and the service here was exceptional. You can really feel that this is a team that cares, a team that’s been together for years and across generations, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to Paz for being amazing with both me and my kids. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind… the kind of person who makes a place unforgettable. Thank you, Riccardo’s, for making us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back.
