The food was absolutely exceptional, every dish bursting with authentic flavours, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. From the starters to the mains, each bite reflected genuine culinary artistry and attention to detail rarely found elsewhere. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. Steve and Sisilia went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well looked after, treating us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made us feel like VIP guests throughout the evening. Their courtesy, attentiveness, and friendly conversation added a wonderful personal touch to the meal. Carla Oshaughnessy We held my Sister’s 50th birthday meal /party there last night for 30 of us, we booked the whole restaurant ! The staff couldn’t do enough to help. The meal was amazing, we pre booked and there wasn’t a single issue with the food orders, all came out together and was delicious, the portions are also very generous. The staff all worked really hard. We all had a brilliant evening and my sister had the best 50th. We will def be booking future family parties with The Crown again soon.

Divya Negi Got takeout from Spice Root in Acton, and it was fantastic. The Chicken Biryani was flavorful, and the Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Everything was hot and fresh when I picked it up, and the portions were generous. Friendly service, great food—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Marcelina Jaskowiak I am absolutely in love with this place. The atmosphere is very warm and family-like, calm and welcoming. I truly did not expect to find such a peaceful and cozy restaurant in such a highly touristic area. Live music plays about every 30 minutes and creates a beautiful ambiance without being loud or overwhelming. The food is absolutely delicious. Authentic Italian cuisine full of flavor and high quality ingredients. Portions are very generous and the appetizers are huge. You can easily feel full just from the starters alone. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. The location is amazing, right next to Big Ben and the London Eye. Despite this, the restaurant feels relaxed and uncrowded, with none of the usual tourist chaos. The interior design is elegant, tasteful and very comfortable, making it a perfect place for a calm lunch or dinner. I am honestly surprised that in such a busy tourist location you can find a restaurant with such a wonderful atmosphere, incredible Italian food and such a pleasant, relaxed vibe. This is definitely a place I would love to come back to.

Sam Mackay Didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant. A Truly exceptional evening. We consider ourselves foodies and love nothing more than good food in great venues. This passes with flying colours. The service was really brilliant, attentive , friendly staff from the door to the table and beyond. Everyone was great. The food is delicious, elevated farm to table vibes, starters were decent enough, but mains and beyond were where it excelled ,.with some outstanding gnocchi and steak. The decor is beautiful, the surround area and building gorgeous. Genuine one of my favourite hotel restaurants in the country. Make sure to try the croissant fritters with the van de constance desert wine for afters if they have it. Absolute chefs kiss to end a wonderful mean. And also if you can lounge in the library /lounge area after for a little tipple to send you on your way. Wonderful place we will for sure visit again one day
