I ordered a very last minute deliveroo order and KoKo called up to say they ran out of some chicken but she was sooo amazing on the phone and her customer service was literally 5 stars! She made up the missing chicken and the food was ten ten. Thank you Uxbridge Nando’s and KoKo who was honestly very helpful and top service!

Brian Cooper Excellent customer service by Alison at Reception. We arrived in Uxbridge having booked a luxury AirBnB. It was a complete disaster and we were not willing to stay there so we turned up at this Premier Inn. Alison explained that they were full but spent her time finding us accommodation at the Uxbridge town centre sister hotel. As there is no parking at the town centre hotel Alison arranged safe local parking for us too. She was a friendly and helpful face when we needed it most. We were very impressed by her. Agnieszka Musial Food is always fresh and very tasty, and the customer service is great. A special thank you to Aqsa, who checked if my daughter was happy and asked if she needed anything else — such a lovely touch. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. I always enjoy coming here and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Fabiana Fawaz Found this place for 50% off on the fork and I was impressed with the food quality and presentation of the food! The service is excellent and with or without fork discount the dishes are an absolute bargain. I highly recommend the bruschetta, garlic doughballs and other starters. The service was also excellent and the waiters were really attentive. Will be coming back soon!
