A special mention to Radhika she was really amazing, very friendly, and provided excellent service. She made our visit even more enjoyable.

5 /5 U D: I recently visited Sarana Bhavan in East Ham and had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with a spacious layout and ample seating, making it a comfortable place to dine whether you’re visiting alone or with family and friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, the menu offered a wide range of options all reasonably priced. I tried the Medu Vada, which was served in good portions. It tasted fresh and flavorful. Overall, Sarana Bhavan offers a great combination of quality food, fair pricing, and a comfortable dining space. I highly recommend.

1 /5 Manoj Dongari: I visited this restaurant today around 12:00 PM. When I arrived, it was quite busy, and they asked me to wait for a few minutes. However, three people who came after me were seated first. After about 5 minutes, they finally called us. We ordered 2 paneer dosas, 1 puri, vada, and tea. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The chutney served with the paneer dosa was not good, and the sambar was poured directly over the dosa, making it soggy. The puri curry was also not good. Overall, the food quality, especially the sambar served on the dosa, was very disappointing.

1 /5 Mohit Kashania: Unchi dukan, feeke pakwan—the brand name is big, but the food and service are shockingly disappointing. We waited around 45 minutes for a very basic order of 2 curries and 3 naans, and that too only after repeatedly asking. Without follow-ups, the waiting time would have been even longer. The food quality was unacceptable. The Malai Kofta tasted overly sweet, as if sugar had been deliberately added, completely ruining the dish. The Dal Makhani was equally disappointing—oddly sweet yet overloaded with salt. It genuinely makes you question whether the chef understands basic flavor balance. The quantity is a complete rip-off. The tiny bowl shown in the picture costs £9, and £25 was spent in total for everything in the picture, which is nowhere near justified for the portion size or quality. Overall, this place survives on reputation alone. Poor service, badly cooked food, and unjustified pricing. I am completely dissatisfied and would never recommend this restaurant.
