1 /5 Ami Rao: Wow! The staff here need extensive customer service training. Arrived at 6:48 and ordered for Happy Hour that ends at 7. Were told we had "literally 5 minutes to order" I told him we had 12. Brought us our drinks but failed to apply the happy hour discount on the bill. When we pointed this out the waitress corrected it saying shed "have to take our word for it" and that the person who took our order was the "manager" The manager was disinterested, the waitress was rude, belligerent, argumentative - dont know which is worse. Someone needs to teach these people the basics of the hospitality business - the customer is always right. No wonder the place was empty!

1 /5 Sidharth Khanna: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE The alleged “manager” couldn’t be less interested if he tried. No welcome, no apology for taking long to bring menus, misrepresented the Happy Hour time, then put no happy hour discount on the bill. When I complained, I was told by the server that our perspective was wrong. No wonder it’s empty on a Thursday evening with glorious sunshine. .

5 /5 Sands: Lovely little spot with a great atmosphere and very tasty food. Visited after work, easy to get a table, service was quick and servers were friendly. The tapas are excellent, highly recommend.

2 /5 Paola Charles: My sister and I decided to head here for my birthday celebration, the atmosphere and ambience was remarkable, and the food was delicious! However, one of the waiting staff came to take our order but came across as very unpleasant as she seemed cold and unwelcoming from the customer service perspective! As it was a birthday celebration, it affected myself in a way, by leaving a bitter taste in my mouth with the feeling of being rushed! But overall, one male, younger staff member was lovely and friendly as well as, another female staff member was lovely when paying the bill. Bad service is good for the competition!
