1 /5 Eros Coppola: Unbelievable disappointment!
I ordered a pizza and a side dish, and I received the pizza via Deliveroo, transported vertically, so the pizza was obviously destroyed. I will easily be refunded by Deliveroo. However, the problem is that when I called the restaurant, the lady(owner) who answered seemed not to care at all. She told me, "We give it to the driver; after that, its not our responsibility" (yes, we know that). But what I tried to suggest was to at least give it to a driver with the right box container,you know make sure, because if it doesnt fit, whats the point of delivering it to the customer? So, when I tried to make my point, she just hung up on me and didnt answer anymore. This is not the way how to run a business.
Well, just remember, by avoiding the problem, you will create a bigger one. I definitely will never buy from your restaurant again, and I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Remember, there are millions of better pizza places than yours in London.
