5 /5 Diana Macfarlane: I have been to this pub twice now and it gets better each time! Really lovely staff, great atmosphere and delicious food. Cosy in the winter and airy in the summer.
An easy train journey from Clapham Junction to Ash Vale.
The tasty goat’s cheese starter was beautifully presented. Delicious Sunday roast with a good plateful of veggies (and huge Yorkshire pud) but the 2 slices of roast beef were too small and I could have done with another slice!
Haven’t sat outside yet but it would be nice next to the river.
Love this pub!
5 /5 Aimee Egan: Great atmosphere and even better food. Really cosy pub and well decorated. I come down from Liverpool to visit my boyfriend often and every time we go to a different pub in the area. And wow the swan is definitely my favorite! Ill be looking forward to my next visit. The staff were really friendly too. Our server in particular as great and answered any questions we had easily.
The menu isnt huge but has some really delicious things on there, lots of elevated pubs classics. I ordered the rump steak sandwich on the lunch menu and wow it was such good value for money only £11.75. I got so much juicey steak and it was delicious. It was served on a delicious ciabatta. It was really good bread and I know that because I make my own bread at home. Portions were huge but did mean there was no room to try their dessert menu which Id be quite keen to come back for. My boyfriend had the toad in the hole and he also said that was so delicious.
Thank you so much for such a delicious lunch!
5 /5 Melissa Bundy: Me and my friend came for lunch and had a brilliant time!! Tony the front of house staff was really friendly and attentive. The burgers we had were absolute show stoppers!! They were so SO delicious and came promptly!! Its a beautiful pub with a huge pub garden and lots of parking!!
Lindsey Park I could tell this place is very authentic, it has great prices and the portion sizes are huge. The chai was tasty as well, and the service was kind. I would recommend getting takeaway as the space inside is limited though.
Clare Auchterlonie Popped in here for a lovely breakfast in a warm and friendly cafe. Great prices too. Excellent chips and cup of tea in particular. Lots of seating downstairs as well. Will definitely be back.
Chris Hinde Stopped by chance for breakfast and we’re not disappointed! Cosy, little intimate cafe set within the lobby of the Ned. Food was fantastic quality - we’d recommend the Malibu omelette. Some interesting alternative lattes on offer too, the beetroot cacao latte was inspired.
