5 /5 Strykitchenko Viktoriia (Niko Tonbo): We stopped by for lunch after a long journey and were so glad we did. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy and welcoming, everything spotless, and the staff genuinely friendly. The menu offers a wide selection of both food and drinks. Portions are generous – even the smaller ones – so we couldn’t manage dessert this time. But we’ll definitely be coming back to try their incredible ice cream! Thank you so much for a truly lovely experience.

5 /5 FLnurseER1: One of our very favorite English pubs we enjoy in UK. For Christmas it was stunningly decorated providing an absolutely magical atmosphere. The staff is amazing, very pleasant, quick service. The food is delicious, fresh, with a large variety to choose from, portions are large, we always end up taking a box home. Our favorite is the fishermans pie. There is a play area for children, and my granddaughter absolutely loves that. Very dog friendly as well. Highly recommend a visit.

5 /5 Vicky Jokai: As always, greeted at the door, today the owner spotted us, he ran right over, you here to see Santa with your youngest. Blimey we didn’t even know Santa was in town. He our youngest through to meet the elf’s who then took him in to sit with Santa. Then we sat at our usual area, for our hot piping breakfast to be served to us. We can not fault this place. We been coming for many years now. All the staff are so friendly, many them selfs have been here ever since we started coming here on our trips to the island. No trip is ever made with out visiting here now.

5 /5 Anthony Sutcliffe: We were driving back to our hotel, and fancied a late lunch. We didnt know very much about the pub and were absolutely stunned at how good it was. It has a decent sized car park, all on the flat, making it suitable for those with mobility issues. A lot of people were outside on the many tables, enjoying the sunshine; but we had been outside all day and wanted a cooler position inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful; and I loved the call bells positioned on the tables, which really does seem to make it easier to serve customers. The menu is really good and there were numerous specials to select from. In the end, I chose the Ploughmans Lunch with the option to have ham, Stilton and Cheddar. The platter was seriously loaded up, with pickles, salad, fruit to add to the ham and cheese. Check the picture; it really was a substantial meal. From what I could see, other meals were easily as great a value. There was an impressive range of drinks, and Im sure that everyone could find something to their liking. I have to say, its a pity that the pub is not a bit closer to where I live; I would be going there on a very regular basis. If you are passing by there, please drop by; you will not regret it.
