Reuben Dias **Review for Premier Inn Richmond, London** I recently stayed at Premier Inn Richmond, and it was an outstanding experience. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the reception, who was welcoming and efficient, setting a great tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a good nights sleep. Dinner was a highlight, with a diverse menu and delicious food. Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring a wide selection of options. Special thanks to the duty manager and the woman for their attentive service during meals. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Inn Richmond for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delightful dining experiences!

Meris Pashaj An absolute must! Great experience in Tower House during the soft opening. The venue is gorgeous and welcoming with stunning decor. Food is delicious, great variety to choose from with some pasta dishes, vegetarian choices and great meat and fish selection. We loved the Coppa, potato Carbonara and the tortelloni. The staff is attentive and well trained. Thank you to the team for the amazing evening, we’ll definitely be back!

Jack Morris First time visiting this gails. The interior is nice, and had a great selection of fresh pastries. The croissant was very nice! Coffee was made well. Toilet and customer seating places were well maintained, but my main issue is with the woman that served me. No smiles or eye contact, made me feel like a burden coming in to place my order. At least the person who gave my coffee was nice enough to give me a smile and wished me to enjoy my day. Please work on this! If you are charging such premium prices then your service needs to match it!

Ellie Lovely local and fresh sushi. So worth waiting for a table. They don’t take bookings, but you can phone and collect. Very little seating inside but it adds to the atmosphere. Tuna sashimi was absolutely incredible.

Jakub Sadowski I was at Bacco and had an absolutely incredible experience. I started with the prawns, which were delicious, and for the main I had the ox cheeks with mashed potatoes, honestly amazing. The meat was so tender it was literally melting in my mouth, and the potatoes were the best I’ve had in a long time. For dessert, I had the tiramisu and all I can say is OMG — outstanding. Our waitress was Larisa, who was absolutely lovely and made sure we had an amazing time. She even asked if I wanted extra bread for the prawns and sauce (which I completely cleaned off the plate!), and kept checking on us for drinks, which were spectacular as well. We ended up staying until closing time because the atmosphere was fantastic and the food was on another level. Highly recommend - I’ll definitely be back.
