5 /5 Jack Fuller: Went for my girlfriends birthday and they were all super attentive! Bringing out a special glass of Prosecco and even surprising both of us with a candle lit dessert! Highly recommend as it was both delicious and a great experience!

5 /5 SK: The Pig’s Head represents so much of what I’ve come to love about London. Incredible restaurants with the loveliest staff. My family were here to visit me and were fairly unfamiliar with the menu and the waiters were so lovely about it! The roast was incredible as well. Being London of course, I saw the prices on the menu and sighed a little internally but those portions oh my GOD!! I was the only one out of the 5 of us who’d finished everything. Incredible textures and flavours. Divine almost. Beautiful decor inside the restaurant as well. Will definitely be back whenever I’m back in London!!

4 /5 Ann Boehm: The Pigs head is a lovely gastropub tucked away in Clapham Old Town. The atmosphere is cozy yet buzzing with the room filled with chatter and laughter. The food is absolutely enjoyable: the fried chicken starter is out of this world. Slow cooked beef brisket was served in a cast iron skillet with huge braised onions on top. The Brisket had A little too much fat for my liking yet tasty . You can tell its going to be a great roast just by looking at the thickness of the gravy and the outer layer of the roast potatoes. Service was good although we had to call the waiters a couple of times for different reasons as theyd forgotten; odd since it was a Wednesday night and they weren’t very busy. We drank the. House red wine and sadly our waitress was not schooled on types of beer offerings that The Pigs Head had and was frustrating to order a dark beer other than Guinness! The pork chop was moist and delicious. My spouse had the squash and he LOVED it. The seasonal vegetable was savory served with a smoky roasted flavor the right balance of flavor- baby wilted spinach and pleasantly presented. The rind had been removed and the chunks of squash were seared - lending so much flavor to each bite!

5 /5 Alice Parker: An absolutely delicious roast dinner! My friend and I got the lamb and pork and both were delicious! The pork was juicy and crispy and the addition of the crackling was perfect! Thanks to the blond waitress for recommending it when I was overwhelmed with choice:) Return visit is pending for sure !

5 /5 Carole Loomis: I have to be honest, I booked Sunday Roast here because my first choice was fully booked and I was on a waiting list. Saturday night I was told my first choice was available but I had already confirmed my reservation at The Pigs Head and decided to see it through. Im so happy I did. The good-sized restaurant has a cozy feel, the staff is warm, welcoming, and efficient. We had the fried chicken bites for an appetizer and the aged sirloin for 2. The food is done so well - crisp potatoes, meat cooked perfectly, great gravy. Unfortunately, we didnt have room for dessert. I had a Negroni before my meal - it was properly made. The wine list is not big but there are plenty of choices - by the glass or bottle. All told, The Pigs Head was the perfect Sunday Roast experience; make it your first choice.
