Lee Ramsey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to Mason in Brentwood for years with friends and family, and it never disappoints. The food is always exceptional — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Whether it’s a hearty roast or a delicious steak, every dish is consistently top-notch. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and welcoming — it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. Jay and his team do a fantastic job every single time; their service is friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great experience. It’s easily one of the best spots in Brentwood for a quality meal and a lovely evening out. Highly recommend!

Tom We went for the bottomless brunch at Daddy Bao and had a great time. The service was very attentive, with our cocktail carafes topped up as soon as they were halfway empty. We tried the Dark and Stormy (rum) and the Paloma (tequila), and I would 100% recommend the rum cocktail as your bottomless choice. Food wise, the Szechuan cucumber is a must order for sharing, and the aubergine and fried chicken are also great picks. The absolute star of the show though is the shiitake bao. Easily the best bao I have had in London, and that is coming from someone who does not even like mushrooms!! Overall, a really fun brunch with great service, food, drinks and good value for money.

Rachel Scott This is possibly one if not the best fish and chips I’ve ever had!!! I am very fussy and particular about fish & chips, I am happy to write that they have fish without skin on which seems to be impossible to find in the south of England. The staff were very sweet, helpful with advice on portion size. Great customer service even though they were busy (just being good at communication how long it would take for food to be ready). The batter was very crispy and the cod was perfectly flakey and I felt like I could taste the sea. The chips perfect. Also got a portion of potted crab which was perfect combination of white and brown meat. I hope the length of this review shows how highly i thought of this fish and chips!!!

Sarachasauce We ordered through Deliveroo and everything tasted nice and fresh not too oily like some Indian takeaways. I normally eat spicy indian food but actually preferred how I felt after this meal as the spices were mild but still flavourful.

Namishka Doshi This branch is now back under the original Sakonis management, who have done an excellent job in Hatch End and Wembley. As the previous restaurant, it had been under different franchise management for some time and had unfortunately gone downhill. It’s great to see it back with the original owners and restored to high standards. We had a fantastic experience with a varied, high-quality buffet. All the classics were there chilli paneer, puri, bhajia, dosa, and potato curry along with some newer and interesting options such as a Thai tofu salad. Everything was freshly cooked, with a huge variety on offer, and the value for money is unmatched. The décor has been improved with the main seating area to match the brand aesthetic and looks so great. Lovely, cozy and chic like their other branches.

Marvalus This pub is fantastic, is has a friendly atmosphere and very food customer service. The food and drinks are top notch and definitely recommended. myself snd my family keep going back, especially for the Sunday roast!
