2 /5 Vijayan Arul “VJ”: I ordered a pizza with two specific toppings this morning. When I arrived to collect it, I overheard a conversation between two staff members about the toppings and a possible change. I only understood part of it as it wasn’t in a language I fully speak.
When I got home, I realised the toppings were different from what I had ordered. I don’t blame the pizza itself, but I was disappointed with the attitude of one staff member who did not acknowledge the mistake when I raised it. I hope this can be improved for future orders.
