Khalid Malik Great food, great prices and great portions. Ive been going here on and off. I wanted to see if their greatness was consistent or a one off. After my 3rd visit in a space of 3 months i have to say they deserve a smashing 5 stars like the smash burgers that they do They do chinese too from the same kitchen. Ive tried the following items: - Oh my cod - fish burger - Double and single smash burgers - Cheese burgers - Chick flick - Spicy Chicken - No beef ting (Falafel burger) - Chicken Bites - Chicken Chowmein (Yes they do that too!) - Chips All their burgers are 10 out of 10. From the most priciest to the cheapest cheese burger, its on point. Do you know how to tell if an establishment really cares about their food and their customers? You determine this by their chips. Their chips will give you an indication of how lazy they are. Wether they change their oil frequently or not. Here at Hungry Cow Forest Gate, they appear to change their oil frequently. This is what keeps their chips tasting great, not stale nor soggy. The texture and the crispyness of their chips is one of the best in East London. Its because of their chips customers keep coming back. Like myself, i like a good portion of chips to accompany my burger. Also theyre not stingy, you get a very good portion of chips. I want to make a special mention of their Falafel burger the No beef ting on their menu. Ive been having too much meat lately and i needed to detox, have something different. I honestly thought this could not be a decent burger with cheese. I was wrong. This Falafel burger was amazing! It was nice and soft. In fact it was very smooth, it just melted in my mouth. Ufff This burger is the underdog. Try the Falafel burger if you can. I will upload a few photos collated over the past few months including their menu from inside their shop. Theyre also open till 4 am whilst everybody else is still sleeping! 5/5

Henry Ojo I’m up still thinking about the food, I ordered hours ago. I had to come and leave a review. I am a chef myself in the African cuisine and tasted many different Caribbean takeaway. This is hands down the best Caribbean food I have tasted overall. Only advice is, change plantain supplier as they are never ripe or sweet to complement food. Although the restaurant forgot my jerk sauce once, it’s honestly 10’s from overall!

Belinda Richards So impressed with the food from this takeaway that Im writing this half way through devouring my dinner!! Initially, the name of this place put me off as its not the typical Chinese takeaway name... Im glad I looked past this though as the food is absolutely delicious ! It was delivered piping hot, the taste is on point (coming from a fellow Chinese person this review should be taken with great standing), its not the typical greasy or salty Chinese takeaway that you can find in most towns. Truly my new fav place to order from! Sorry my photos were half eaten haha

Irina Carabella Lovely hidden gem in Forest Gate! Delicious food, comfortable seating, friendly staff and chill atmosphere. I was looking for a quiet place to work on my laptop and have some lunch and this hit the spot! The front looks quite unassuming but they actually have more seating in the back! Their drinks and food are delicious and I’m looking forward to coming back a 3rd time to try their french toast. I recommend their Indian breakfast and spanish latte.

Mohmammad Rehman khan Amazing food and great service! Kitchen 37 is one of my favorite spots. The doner wraps are packed with flavor and always fresh, and the wings are perfectly cooked — crispy, juicy, and full of taste. The staff are super friendly and the service is quick and welcoming. You can really tell they care about quality. Highly recommend Kitchen 37 to anyone looking for great food and a nice atmosphere!
