4 /5 Suj Eevan: A rather conveniently located Chinese restaurant with food with a lot of seating. A good selection of food with an on-site bar serving limited beer and other alcohol. Food was nice and tasted good. Servings can be on the slightly smaller side compared to other local Chinese restaurants but its not too expensive. Rather clean, and tidy restaurant thats on the high street. There is street parking most of which is pretty and display during the day.

1 /5 Chloe Bernard: We ordered today on New Years Eve at 6.25pm via Uber Eats. I get it is New Years and busy but the delivery time is just ridiculous. We ordered early to try and get at a reasonable delivery time however it is now 8.30pm and still no food. We did try and call but they don’t pick up the phone or leave the phone off the hook purposefully so you can’t get through. When I finally managed to get through at around 8pm after trying several times the lady on the phone is exceptionally rude and just says 10 minutes and tries to get you off the phone as if you are causing them a problem. I have no faith the food will arrive in 30 minutes let alone 10 as I asked 10 minutes until you start preparing the food or until delivery but she just kept saying 10 minutes and hung up. Abysmal service and won’t be ordering from here again. Dynasty in South Woodford is much better and will actually pick up calls and can still deliver on a busy night within 45 mins. How they are still running as a business and get repeat customers is just beyond me. Going to try and cancel and order elsewhere. Update - food did arrive over 2hrs late we tried to cancel but then did end up coming, although the second time I called the lady was even ruder and screamed saying it wasn’t her fault - I just wanted a refund but okay. Food was actually good but not worth the hassle, although there was a hair in the rice hence the down marking on food.

4 /5 Mark Emsworth: We hadnt been here for over a year - now weve been twice in two weeks! Its much more contemporary inside than before...the dodgy and dirty carpet is now a thing of the past. The menu has also been updated with plenty of variety and a good selection of interesting vegetarian options and even Thai dishes...food is served piping hot and very fresh. Prices here to eat in (in my opinion) offer incredible value! Both times we were here..(early Saturday dinner 5:30-ish) it started out very quiet - but by the time we left, it was jam packed. It never used to be like that. If youre in the area and need your Chinese-food-fix...I think its definately worth a visit!

5 /5 Janine Williams: First time visiting and the White Swan didnt disappoint. We ordered a variety of dishes and every single one of them was delicious. The staff were attentive and service was on point. Were a family of six and sat on a rectangular table that was sectioned off making it even more special, next time wed like to reserve the circular table just to make sharing the dishes easier. Overall we all had a lovely time and the food was very reasonably price too. We will definitely be back.
