1 /5 Laurita Karosaite: I visited today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, even though people who ordered after me received theirs first.
When I asked about my order, I was told it had been ‘thrown away by the team,’ but the person who took my order was in front the whole time and could see me waiting.
During the wait, my coffee became cold. When I asked if it could be warmed or replaced, I was offered hot water instead, which didn’t feel appropriate after such a long delay.
I want to say thank you to the young girl who brought my food — she was kind and apologetic.
But I hope the service improves, and the team takes more responsibility so customers don’t feel ignored or blamed for mistakes that aren’t theirs.
