Dan A highly recommended restaurant but just don’t miss out on the fudge!! What is in the water in Bray? This is the third of the big four that I have been to and it was just perfect for a family lunchtime meal. The staff are super friendly, our kids felt welcome (even though they are well behaved this is not always the case in a nice restaurant) and the food was really out of this world. I don’t know who the head chef is but in every dish the balance of flavours was quite frankly remarkable. I had the best steak I have ever eaten, the best panna cotta and don’t even get me started on the fudge. The fudge came at the end with a little birthday plate for my daughter. We joked that more food was the last thing we wanted but when we told the waiter how much we loved it and he asked if we wanted a bit more in unison we replied “yes please”. Worth noting though that I don’t think the fudge is on the menu so if you are going make sure you take someone whose birthday it is. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know them or even if it’s someone you don’t like because the fudge will be absolutely worth it!!

K Rosales We had a lovely birthday dinner at The Vintry - just before their refurb. The service was smooth throughout and the soup was an absolutely delicious. A wonderful evening and a place we’re grateful to have enjoyed in its original charm! Looking forward to the re-vamp!

Q J. There are three stalls here, two of them do Malaysian food, one does kebab. We ordered food from the Malaysian kitchens. In my opinion, they are very authentic. I would recommend the laksa, redang beef rice, deep fried chicken wings, and the desserts.

Sam Rowe We recently held our wedding reception at The Grantley Arms, and it was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Everything — from the service, food, and atmosphere to the organization and flow of the day — was absolutely faultless. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Freya, who oversaw the entire day with such professionalism and care. She was there from start to finish, quietly making sure everything ran smoothly — a true credit to the venue and an absolute star. The whole day felt like a well-oiled machine, allowing us to relax completely and simply enjoy every moment. The team at The Grantley Arms went above and beyond to make our day special, and we honestly can’t thank them enough. Every guest commented on how wonderful the food and service were, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you so much to Freya and the entire team — you made our day truly unforgettable.

뭉뭉 Miso soup: Excellent. Whether or not you are an asain, this soup is not strong. Just take it and try. Prawn katsu curry: Always excellent. Never fail to have more than good dinner. Always. (I forgot to take a picture before eating!) Chicken Teriyaki donburi rice: the combination of chicken and rice will be normally great. Always thanks to this restaurant and cook.

Sagye - Canary Wharf -

Rating: 4.6 /5
Lily It’s genuinely hard to find Korean food in London with this level of quality at such reasonable prices, and Sagye really stands out. The pork bone soup was incredibly comforting, perfectly with rice. The spring onion fried chicken was a highlight, super crispy, loaded with spring onions, and not greasy at all. We also loved the kimchi fried rice The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a casual meal with friends.
