Erin Stringer I have just had the most wonderful birthday evening with my partner here. We ended up coming here on a whim, purely by spotting it was new to the area - it was fantastic!! We had starters, usual small plates but with an addition of octopus that was so delicious and meaty. We both decided to get a steak due to how unbelievably priced it was - wow it didn’t disappoint. I appreciate everyone’s price points are different but for a special evening out this was 10’s across the board for us. The wine was great, the service was lovely & Alex specifically was a delight - she ensured we didn’t leave without a birthday treat on the house. Arguably the most important aspect, as a severe peanut allergy sufferer, I felt completely reassured with their handling and approach to catering for this - something not all restaurants do well, but makes such a difference to the evening. We will be suggesting this to our friends and we will be back - to try the cocktails!! Thanks again

Jonathan Johnson I don’t normally want to dine at a hotel bar especially in a food forward city like London. But I was staying here and had a couple of very busy days and so ended up at the Caxton Bar for dinner two nights. First of all the staff in the bar are all friendly, accommodating and professional. And the food is excellent! Had the fish and chips one night and it was top notch. The salmon Caesar salad the next night. Both with martinis. Really enjoyed the experiences.

Coral Cazorla Ive been to this place a couple times with my boyfriend to have some cocktails, both times sitting outside in the good weather. From the times Ive been, it didnt seem to get be super busy or maybe later in the night, but its a very cute place and its a good spot for a date. The price of the cocktails on the menu is a bit pricey, but they serve them 2 for 1 all night, so you still get a better deal than a normal priced cocktail. Weve tried a few different ones and they are all pretty good. The person who served us is a lovely and friendly man, he even recognized us the second time we went. I like this place and I would recommend for a chill night with some drinks. I have not tried the food.

Oleg Gnatyk Lovely traditional pub with a warm, welcoming feel, friendly staff and a proper local atmosphere. Cosy inside with a great beer garden for sunny days, good choice of drinks and hearty pub food - a great spot in Redhill.

Rebeka Svirac The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Whatever you may need, all hotel employees will be happy to help you. Within the hotel there is an excellent lounge bar where you can relax, enjoy yourself, and have coffee or tea, which are complimentary for guests at any time. Breakfast was tasty and varied. In the afternoon you can also order food and drinks there (they have a happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00). Highly recommended.

Antonio Martín Mendieta Valencian here and loved it!!. We tried the Arros Negre (black rice paella) and we were incredibly surprise, it was sooooo good and also the quantity is great! We also order croquetas and they were delicious. If you want to try typical paella and feel like you are in Valencia, get an order of one of the paellas they cook, you will be thrilled. Also, with an order of 2 paellas, you get a complimentary tiny cup of chocolate (the size is more than enough) and some churros. A win win! The only sad thing is that the one in elephant and castle is not opened on Sundays and thats the only day you can ask for a Valencian paella with chicken and rabbit.
