Stuart Cameron We booked The Ivory Lounge for my 60th birthday celebration for around 70 guests, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Georgina (George) looked after us brilliantly. We had several conversations in the lead‑up to the event to confirm numbers, decorations, welcome drinks and the food to be served on the night. George followed up every discussion with a clear email summary, which gave us real confidence that everything was in hand. We were able to access the venue early to drop off balloons and the cake, which made things much easier. The night itself went by in a blur—in the best possible way—with everyone having a fantastic time. The pianist and then the band were upbeat, lively and great at handling requests. You know you’re onto a winner when the dance floor fills up early and stays busy all night (right up until 2am!). Drinks were what I’d consider standard London prices, which feels fair for a music lounge in Reigate. I’d thoroughly recommend The Ivory Lounge if you’re looking for a vibrant venue with a live‑band, jukebox‑style atmosphere. A brilliant night all round.

Senait Tewolde Me and my daughter passed by this restaurant and decided to go in after seeing it. The place was clean, beautifully decorated with cultural photos, and very welcoming. The owner was very kind. My daughter was so happy and said she wanted to eat straight away. We ordered Ethiopian and Eritrean food, and everything was very delicious. We also enjoyed tea. My daughter loved it. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Molly Carmichael Absolutely incredible evening out for my friends birthday! Beautiful venue, all staff polite and accommodating, so friendly too. Checked on us often, answered all questions and offered suggestions for food and drinks. My friend didn’t like cake but loves pickles so they gave us a pickle cake with candles haha! Bodgan was our server and we cannot thank him enough, 100% recommend and we will be back!

Dee S Everything was cooked perfectly. The chicken was very tender, the fries the right amount of crispy. Staff showed a lot of care when preparing my collection order. Ill happily order again. One constructive note: the fries were cooked just right, but tasted on the edge of the oil needing to be changed. You might want to swap the oil out just a bit more frequently. Yohan, Tony, Fikret, and Lohit are an excellent team who clearly care about their guests. They were attentive, friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile. Their teamwork and dedication to customer service created such a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. The quality of the food was exceptional, especially considering the very fair prices. The value for money is excellent. A very special greeting and thank you to the chefs — my dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can really taste the care and passion in the kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!
