1 /5 Airyn Skene: I ordered from here 3 times, Im a coleiac and the first 2 times I ordered things were fine, they gave me a box of meat and a large salad to compensate for not having bread or rice which contains orzo so I couldnt have.
Today I ordered explained clearly I needed a gluten free box with no bread or rice and the chap taking the order clearly didnt understand as Im half way through eating it and found its all lying on a greasy bed of bread., contaminating everything Ive already eaten.
I called to let them know and to their credit they offered to remake it for me however the damage is already done and Ill spend the rest of the night vomiting from the damage.
When I explained there was no point remaking the food as Ill spend the night being sick now he became agitated and started shouting at me on the phone as though it was my fault.
The allergy was clearly articulated and ignored form a person whose grasp on the language is clearly insufficient to be taking phone orders.
Will not be back.
