5 /5 Fatima Laskar: Honestly cannot say enough! My family and I visited the Westfield White City, and the moment we arrived till the very good farewell Dom has been so humble and caring! Real down-to-earth person! Truly a treat to be served by him. We also overheard him train a new starter and help her out. One thing we overheard was him giving her a advice: “be your true self that’s the best advice I can give you” honestly very refreshing to hear. He is a role model for this Bill’s establishment! Well done Dom! And thank you for looking after us & making our first family dinner with the baby a very memorable one!

4 /5 Propumpkin: My partner and I recently visited this restaurant for their all-you-can-eat pancakes, and overall the experience was really nice. The place has a surprisingly fancy vibe — even if it doesn’t call itself a fine-dining spot, the atmosphere and the food definitely feel a bit more elevated. The price point (around $15–$20 per person) matches the quality, and we were happy we booked in advance. The main reason I’m writing this review is because our service experience was mixed. Some of the staff didn’t seem very focused, and it took quite a while just to place our order, even though the restaurant was fully booked. A few members of the team didn’t look like staff at first glance — hair down, very casual clothing — which made things feel a little unorganized. BUT — halfway through our visit, we were switched to a new waitress, E.T., and she was incredible. She was attentive, efficient, cleaning tables, checking on guests, and she immediately noticed that we had been waiting too long. When she realized we had ordered more food, she took it upon herself to go check on it and made sure we got everything quickly, which saved us from being late to plans we had afterward. Her kindness, energy, and bright attitude genuinely turned the whole experience around. She made our night. Overall, the restaurant itself is lovely, the food is great, and T.’s service was amazing. I hope the rest of the staff can match her level, because she truly made the difference for us.

5 /5 Gucci Versace: I had a fantastic experience at Bills thanks to Dom, Emma, Tianna and Sarah. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. The service was friendly, professional and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear they work brilliantly as a team and really care about their customers. A big thank you to all four of them for making our visit so lovely we’ll definitely be back!

Exactly what we were looking for: delicious, comforting and generous. Special shout-out to our : T, she was amazing, super friendly and attentive. A proper British breakfast experience. 5 /5 Sanel Homer: We had a wonderful experience at Bill’s! Our waiter, Dom, was absolutely fantastic – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He kept checking to make sure our food was perfect and that my daughter was having a great time as we celebrated her 8th birthday. To make the occasion extra special, Dom sang her “Happy Birthday” and even brought her a lovely brownie with ice cream on the house. Such a thoughtful touch really made her day memorable. Thank you, Dom, and the team at Bill’s, for making our celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back!
